These terms govern your use of eridax.com, operated by Eridax LLC (“Eridax,” “we,” “us”). By using the site, you agree to them. The site announces an independent software company. Products mentioned here are not yet offered.

The site is provided for general information. We may change, pause, or remove it at any time. “Coming soon” means a product is not available yet and does not promise a release date.
Acceptable use

- Interfere with the site or attempt to break its security.
- Use the site to send malware or unlawful content.
- Copy the site in a way that misrepresents you as Eridax.

The Eridax name, the text on this site, and the site’s design are owned by Eridax LLC or its licensors. You may not use them without permission, except as allowed by law. These terms do not grant you any right in a future product.
If you write to us, you are responsible for what you send. Do not send confidential information you are not prepared for us to receive.
Disclaimer
The site is provided “as is.” We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Eridax LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for a claim relating to the site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars.
