This policy describes how Eridax LLC (“Eridax,” “we,” “us”) handles information in connection with eridax.com. The site is an informational page for an independent software company. It does not offer accounts, and it does not sell products.

Information we collect

We do not ask you to create an account, fill out a form, or make a payment on this site. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies, and we do not build advertising profiles.

If you email hello@eridax.com, we receive the address you write from, your message, and anything you choose to include. We use that information only to read and reply to you.

Like most websites, our hosting provider may keep technical logs, such as IP address, browser type, and the time of a request, to operate and secure the site. We do not use those logs to identify you.

How we use information

We do not sell personal information. We do not share it with advertisers. We share it only if the law requires it, or with a service provider who hosts the site or handles email for us and is limited to that work.

How long we keep it

We keep email correspondence for as long as we need it to correspond with you and to keep a record of that conversation, then delete it when it is no longer needed.

Your choices

You can ask what email we have from you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to hello@eridax.com.

Children

This site is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will post the updated version on this page and change the date above.
