Terms of service
October 15, 2026
These terms govern your use of eridax.com, operated by Eridax LLC ("Eridax," "we," "us"). By using the site, you agree to them.
The site
The site describes our services for local businesses. We may change, pause, or remove pages at any time. A page that describes a service is an offer to talk. It is not a contract to do the work.
Quotes and calls
The free 30-minute call is a conversation about your business. It is not free ongoing work. The site does not list prices. Any price we offer is in a separate quote. Paid work happens only under a separate agreement.
Acceptable use
You may not:
- Interfere with the site or attempt to break its security.
- Use the site to send malware or unlawful content.
- Copy the site in a way that presents you as Eridax.
Intellectual property
The Eridax name, the text on this site, and the site's design are owned by Eridax LLC or its licensors. You may not use them without permission, except as allowed by law.
When a client agreement says you own what we build for you, that ownership is in that agreement. These terms do not give you the marketing site, the demo assistant, or another client's work.
Messages you send
You are responsible for what you submit in the quote form, the assistant, or email. Do not send confidential information you are not prepared for us to receive.
Disclaimer
The site is provided "as is." We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Eridax LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for a claim relating to the site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars.
Changes
We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page. The date above will change when we do. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the updated terms.
