Privacy policy

October 15, 2026

This policy describes how Eridax LLC ("Eridax," "we," "us") handles information on eridax.com. Eridax is an independent software company specializing in custom software development, web applications, mobile apps, and games. We build tailored solutions for clients while developing and publishing our own digital products.

Information we collect

The quote form asks for your name, business name, email, phone, the services you are interested in, and a message. Name and email are required.

The assistant on this site can ask for your name and phone. If you send them, we also receive the messages in that conversation.

If you email [email protected], we receive the address you write from, your message, and anything you include.

We do not ask you to create an account or pay on this site. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies, and we do not build advertising profiles.

Our hosting provider may keep technical logs, such as IP address, browser type, and the time of a request, to operate and secure the site. We do not use those logs to identify you.

How we use information

We use what you send to reply, to prepare for a call, and to operate this website. We reply to quote requests and chat leads within one business day.

We do not sell personal information. We do not share it with advertisers. We share it only if the law requires it, or with a provider that hosts the site or delivers email for us and is limited to that work.

How long we keep it

We keep correspondence for as long as we need it to respond and to keep a record of the conversation, then delete it when it is no longer needed.

Your choices

You can ask what we have from you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to [email protected].

The assistant on this site

The assistant on eridax.com gives scripted answers about Eridax and can send us your name and phone. It is a demo of the kind of chatbot we build. A chatbot we later build for a client is covered by that client's own notice, not this one.

Children

This site is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will post the updated version on this page and change the date above.
